One reason why love should be planted in everyone is that it can spread through gratefulness. If a person is filled with love, spreading love will come out naturally because that person would also have a desire to let others feel the overwhelming feeling of love. And the good news is, animals, especially dogs, also possess the desire to spread kindness to the world. This fact was clearly proved by a puppy named Lana.
Lana is an 8-month-old Black Labrador Mix. This poor dog was found by Suelen Schaumloeffel and her fiance living in the streets of Brazil with her siblings. Knowing that the streets are the most unideal and unsafest home for a dog, the couple decided to adopt the stray dog and make her an official member of the family.
The couple gave Lana everything she needed to have a better life compared to the life she had on the streets. They gave her a safe home, a warm bed, and regular meals to ensure that she would be as comfortable as possible. And even if Lana cannot exactly say the words ‘Thank You,’ it is certain that she truly appreciated the couple’s kindness to her.
But aside from this appreciation, there’s one more great thing about Lana. Since she was so grateful for the couple’s overwhelming and unexpected kindness, Lana had a desire to share this kindness with others. And she found this opportunity when she saw a homeless dog enduring the coldness of the streets near their home.
Wanting to help the dog and give it company, Lana did something expected: She grabbed one of her blankets and hurriedly ran to the poor dog and shared it to her. Lana’s owner saw her heartwarming kindness and was so proud of her.
Suelen said that because of what her dog has shown, it reminded her about the importance of spreading love to others every day. Because this kind of action is the only way to make this world a better place for everybody.
She was so impressed at what Lana did that she decided to capture the heartwarming moment between Lana and the dog she has helped. Suelen posted the images on Facebook and received a lot of positive comments.
Thanks to Lana’s kindness, she inspired a lot of people and gave them hope that love and kindness still have a place in this world.
